2014.7.5

10 AM UPDATE: Confirmed overhead sets and sets are getting bigger/more frequent despite the ebb tide. It's fun out there and looking to get even better. Wind still light and still overcast Ladies and gentlemen the south swell is on its way in today. The buoys started picking up a little 17 sec SW last night and we are oh so fortunate to seeing it continue to register with more and more consistency consistently. Looking about waist to chest high with some head high sets and I wouldn't be surprised if a few overhead ones showed up with the tide push sometime around noon. Light onshore and gloomy skies again for today but if there's a day to put up with it this might just be the one. I didn't wait to capture a real set because upon pulling up I saw a beautiful set swing through and stay wide open and decided I'd rather surf than take pictures. May update mid-late morning.
