3 PM UPDATE: The wind got heavy but the sun came out. It's a nice enough day to be at the beach but the waves are looking like little and less as the day goes on.
10 AM UPDATE: Tide's rising fast and there fewer lines to be had. If you're looking for more than a nice dip in the ocean (water's almost 60ยบ today) then you're probably best off waiting until the evening low
Small and glassy are the words of the morning. Looking at knee to thigh high with likely occasional waist high sets coming in with fair enough consistency. Be wary if you were planning on bring the short board and be stoked if you were planning on bringing the long board. The clouds are forecast to linger but the wind is forecast to stay light-ish. If you're going to surf don't dawdle because a 1 o'clock high tide will probably render these waves 100% shore break.
