2014.7.13

Tide pooling, yes tide pooling people are the words of the morning. Drained out negative tide combined with very little NW wind swell and no real south swell to speak of makes for a lot of exposed rock. The water is warm and if yesterday is any indicator we're looking a a pleasantly sunny albeit windy afternoon. We're looking at mostly ankle to calf high waves with occasional thigh high "sets". The buoy is indicating some kind of radically inconsistent long period SW that could easily generate some waist/chest high waves but it's not likely you'll see it unless you spend a long time in the water today.
