Wind medium onshore. Waves in the waist to chest high zone likely going head high on bigger sets and maybe a little beyond that on biggest sets on favorable tides. Lots of water moving out there with shorter period NW swell pulsing and some fast but decent looking shoulders rolling through. Plenty of close outs too with the tide so low but look for conditions to improve with rising tide at least until the wind picks up and the backwash window hits it.
