Wind light offshore. Waves in the thigh to waist high range and looking lumpy while acting wonky. Lower tide could help the shape a bit but likely won't do any favors to the size or consistency. Best bet for fun waves is probably between now and a couple hours from now but it'll probably be a pleasant day to be out at any point today.
