Wind light onshore. Waves knee to thigh and not breaking beyond the shoreline. Sad to day the wind is only going to pick up and the waves won't be doing the same. Not a good day to do more than jump in the water and swim around for a bit. No surfable waves today; lots of birds on the rock though.
