Overcast, medium light winds w/ a little surface bump. The swell hadn't shown up in full force but seems to appearing fashionable late, and incrementally. The crowds however, arrived as predicted. Little bits of 13-14 sec SW started showing over last night and then the first taste of 17 sec SW popped up an hour ago. Waves are looking chest high + and will likely build into the head high range through the day. Consistency seemed medium-high in the 5 minutes I watched it.
