Some 17 sec SW started registering on the buoy yesterday evening with fair consistency looking biggest towards the high tide and coming down steadily with the ebb. From this + the photos I took just before low this morning we can induce that this swell probably likes more tide. It'll be a tricky dance since more water will will probably bring close outs with this longer period unless it drops a few seconds. In any case there'll probably be some fun ones with the tide turn around. I'll probably check it around 13:30 on my break and re-report, but do yourself a favor and play detective; look at the buoy!
